What can I expect at this event?
Bubble Planet is an immersive experience where you are surrounded by exciting bubbles! Immerse yourself in a world beyond your imagination with VR technology, themed rooms, and fantastic landscapes.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at METAStadt, Dr.-Otto-Neurath-Gasse 3, 1220 Vienna.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The exhibition takes place indoors.
How long does the event last?
The visit to the exhibition takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes. You can stay in individual rooms as long as you like. It is a one-way system – so make the most of each room!
Are food and drinks available for purchase on site?
Yes, but only drinks are available for sale in the foyer.
Is parking available?
Yes, it is located in the inner courtyard of METAStadt, entrance via Dr-Otto-Neurath-Gasse 3.
Does the experience include Virtual Reality?
Explore a magical planet full of soap bubbles in the optional VR experience. Admission for this is not included in the standard ticket price, except for VIP Day Flex Ticket holders or visitors with a VR Add-On Ticket.
Is there a dress code?
Socks are mandatory in the ball pit.
Is merchandise available for purchase?
Yes, merchandise can be purchased on-site.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You are welcome to take photos and videos and share them with others. Please be mindful not to disturb other guests while taking photos. Professional photo and video equipment, as well as tripods, are not permitted.
What's included in the VIP ticket?
The VIP ticket includes a VIP lanyard with badge, access to the VR experience, and a free poster.
Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available via the Fever app or website. The app is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Yes, at the box office in the entrance area of the exhibition. Please note that you can only pay via card.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Transfer is generally possible provided it is optioned for your ticket. Please check the relevant options in the Fever app or contact Fever Customer Support. Please have your ticket order number ready when inquiring.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket is shown and validated directly in the Fever app.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app under "Tickets". Please sign in with the same account you used to make the purchase. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact Fever Customer Support.
Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?
Please review the refund and exchange policy applicable to your ticket. You can find these in the ticket details and the Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my booked time slot?
Arrive at the time stated on your ticket — the experience is self-guided, so you do not need to arrive earlier.

Can I bring pets?
Dogs and other animals are not permitted inside the exhibition unless prior notice was given. This is exclusively allowed for guide or assistance dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
The exhibition is step-free accessible, and accessible restroom facilities are available.
Are tickets available for caregivers?
Yes, these are available exclusively at the box office in the entrance area of the exhibition.
Are strobe lights used during the event?
Warning: This exhibition may potentially trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.

Are restrooms available at the venue?

Is there a lost & found on site?
The lost & found desk is located at the information desk in the entrance area of the exhibition.
Is a cloakroom available on site?
Locker facilities are available on site for a fee of 1 Euro. There is no cloakroom service.
Is there an age restriction?
All ages are welcome at the exhibition! Children up to 2 years old enter for free, and minors under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
