What can I expect from BUBBLE PLANET?
You can expect an immersive experience with different rooms that feature different bubble themed activities.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience - Qatar National Convention Center (QNCC).
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60-90 minutes, but you are welcome to stay as long as you want.
Is there parking available?
There will be parking available.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality for guests 6+.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
The difference between the two tickets is that the regular one includes only the entrance to the experience, while the VIP one includes the VR experience, Bubble Planet merch and Fast-Track entry. VR experience is first come, first served and subject to availability.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be merchandise for sale onsite.
Is there anything I need to bring or wear?
Yes, socks are required to enter the Bubble Bath, so please make sure every member of your group, including children, brings a pair. We also recommend comfortable, non-slip shoes, as the experience is a walk-through with mirrored floors and bubbles along the way.

Where can I get tickets?
On the Visit Qatar webpage.
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store
On the Fever website.
At the Box Office on the days of the event.
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store), on the Fever website or through the Visit Qatar webpage.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
I can’t find my ticket - what now?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
You can also find your ticket in the Visit Qatar webpage.
Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Your ticket is digital, there’s no need to print it. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), or in the Visit Qatar webpage. Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No, this event is not pet-friendly; service animals are allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Wheelchair access is limited in the Ball Pit and Balloon Ocean rooms.
Can I purchase POD and POD Companion tickets?
Yes, POD tickets can be purchased at the venue box office, on the day of the event, presenting the government ID.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 3 can visit free of charge and minors under the age of 17 need to be accompanied by adults.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience contains strobe lights, if strobe lights affect you, please do let our staff know upon arrival.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage, alcohol, glass, sharp objects, professional cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, drones, large bags over 30×30×15 cm. No smoking or vaping.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there will be restrooms available. Please ask our staff for further directions if required.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
