What can I expect at this event?
At Bubble Planet you’ll find an immersive and interactive world of experiences with over ten imaginative rooms – from giant soap bubbles to colorful balloon landscapes to a VR zone. You can play, marvel, take photos, and leave everyday life behind.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place in an air-conditioned indoor space.
How long does the event last?
Visitors usually spend around 90 minutes at this experience.
Are food and drinks available for purchase?
A selection of small snacks will be available on site; however, these will not specifically include vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options.
Is parking available?
There are multiple parking lots next to the venue. Those parking spots are paid.
Will there be additional sessions/dates?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee additional dates. You can find current availability on the page with confirmed times and dates.
Does the experience include Virtual Reality?
Yes, this experience includes Virtual Reality. Please check if your ticket includes this option. Children aged 8 and older may use the VR room independently.
Is there a dress code?
No specific dress code applies. However, socks are required in the ball pit. Please note that some rooms have mirrored floors.
Is merchandise available for purchase?
Yes, merchandise can be purchased on-site.
Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
- On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
- On the Fever website.
- Onsite at the exhibition’s box office.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Yes, there will be a box office on-site. However, tickets may be sold out when you arrive, so we strongly recommend booking in advance through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the app.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You’ll find your ticket in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. If you don’t have the app, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play and log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can’t find it, please contact us.
Are refunds or exchanges possible?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I book for groups?
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.
Accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the beginning of my time slot?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
Can I bring pets? Are service dogs allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. However, service dogs are welcome with proper documentation.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible, except for two rooms featuring a ball pit and swing
Which items are prohibited? Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Weapons, drugs, sharp objects, and outside food or drinks are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
Are companion tickets available?
Yes, guests who require assistance can request a free ticket for their caregiver. Show proof of need at the entrance for free entry.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired visitors?
Yes, the experience is primarily visual and is supported by informational signage throughout.
Will strobe lights be used?
Yes, strobe lights are used. If you are sensitive, please inform our staff upon arrival.
Are there seating areas?
It is a walkthrough experience, but some seating is available if you need to take a break.
Are there toilets on-site?
Yes, toilets are available.
Additional Information
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes, you may take photos and share them. Please be mindful of other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, a cloakroom will be available at an additional charge.
Is there an age restriction?
All ages are welcome! Admission is free for children aged 2 and under. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
