You can expect an immersive experience with different rooms that feature different bubble themed activities.

The event will take place in the Paddington Pavillion, Olympic Blvd, at Sydney Olympic Park.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
On average, people usually spend 1.5 h at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there are limited options at the venue. There are more food and beverage vendors located near Sydney Olympic Park station.
Is there parking available?
Please refer to the Sydney Olympic Park Parking site for more information. Parking varies due to special events at the precinct.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality for guests over 8 years old; please check if your ticket includes it.
Are children allowed to do the VR on their own?
Children from the age of 8 onwards are allowed to participate in the VR room on their own.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for the experience - just be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms. Socks must be worn inside the ballpit.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever App (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) or on the Fever website.
Will I be able to pay cash?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash at this event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, keep in mind that for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I make a group booking?
For educational groups (10+ people), birthday parties, other large groups (25+ people) or private corporate events, please book through this page.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. However please keep in mind that the Bubble Ocean (Balloon Room) and the Bubble Bath (Ball Pit) are not wheelchair accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
I am allergic to latex, can I still enjoy the experience?
There are a couple of rooms which feature latex production elements, but only in one room you’ll get directly in contact with latex. Please make our staff aware of your allergy upon your arrival.
Is the event suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue, however the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms located just outside the entrance.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available?
This venue has coat check—please ask our staff on site for instructions.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! Please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 2 years old will be allowed in for free.
From which age onwards do I not need to be accompanied by an adult?
From the age of 17 onwards.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
