What can I expect from Bubble Planet Montreal?
At Bubble Planet Montreal you’ll find an immersive and interactive world of experiences with over ten imaginative rooms – from giant soap bubbles to colorful balloon landscapes to a VR zone. You can play, marvel, take photos, and leave everyday life behind.
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at Place Bonaventure, in 800 Rue De la Gauchetière O #240, Montreal, Quebec H5A 1K6, Canada
How can I get there?
Arrive via rue Saint-Antoine or rue De La Gauchetière West. Enter the building at 800 De La Gauchetière Street West. Go up to the security desk (stairs and accessible elevator in lobby), and turn right to the exhibit lobby. Parking is available (25$ per day) at Place Bonaventure, visitor lot.
Exit at Bonaventure Metro Station (Orange Line) and take the station exit for Le 1000 De La Gauchetière (shorter path than Place Bonaventure exit). Follow the corridor and escalators until you reach the exhibit lobby in Place Bonaventure (located to the right of the security desk, level 1).
*For accessible entrance from the metro, take elevators to the street level, exit outside and enter Place Bonaventure from the main entrance at 800, De La Gauchetière Street West, go up to the security desk (stairs and accessible elevator in lobby), and turn right to the exhibit lobby.

Take the elevators to level 1. Pass the Hotel Bonaventure lobby entrance and at the end of the corridor, turn left. Turn right to the exhibit lobby (located next to the security desk)
Exit the Hotel Bonaventure lobby towards Place Bonaventure, and turn left at the end of the corridor. Turn right to the exhibit lobby (located next to the security desk)
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience takes place in an air-conditioned indoor space.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60 minutes but you are welcome to stay as long as you want in each room before moving on to the next one, it is a one way system so make sure to make the most out of each room!
Is parking available?
There is a car park next to the venue. Those parking spots are paid.
Will there be additional sessions/dates?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee additional dates. You can find current availability on the page with confirmed times and dates.
Does the experience include Virtual Reality?
Yes, this experience includes Virtual Reality. Please check if your ticket includes this option. Children aged 8 and older may use the VR room independently.
Is there a dress code?
No specific dress code applies. However, socks are required in the ball pit. Please note that some rooms have mirrored floors
Is merchandise available for purchase?
Yes, merchandise can be purchased on-site.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, as tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability.

Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
I can’t find my ticket - what now?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets
section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Is there a Military discount?
No.
Do children under 2 have to pay for a ticket?
Children from 0-2 years old enter for free and you don't need to buy a ticket.
Can I hire the venue for a private or company event?
Yes, please fill out our request form here.
Is there a suggested dress code for this experience?
There is no specific dress code for the experience except for mandatory socks at the bubble bath - also please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms ;-)
Shoes however are required through venue, with the exception of the Bubble Bath room.
Can I pay in cash?
No, we are sorry. This attraction only accepts card and online payments.
ACCESSIBILITY
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
Can I bring animals?
No, this event is not pet friendly. However, service animals are allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children aged 2 and under can visit free of charge and minors under the age of 17 need to be accompanied by adults.
Is it appropriate for young kids?
The experience is designed for all ages to enjoy! For younger kids, there will probably be details and installations of the Bubbleverse that they will not be able to fully appreciate.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
The exhibit is wheelchair accessible. Due to the nature of the experience, some parts of this experience may be less suited to customers with physical access requirements.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage.
Do you offer free tickets for carers?
For people with disabilities, the accompanying person is entitled to free admission while they themselves pay the reduced price.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
