What can I expect from Bubble World?
You can expect an immersive experience with different rooms that feature different bubble themed activities.
Where is the experience located?
The venue will be at Lampo Scalo Farini. The venue is approximately 7 minutes walking distance from the main entrance (opposite Siggy Cafe) at Via Valtellina. Once you enter the grounds of Lampo Scalo Farini please keep left.
You can arrive via metro Monumentale and Maciachini are the closest stations (15 minutes walking to the venue). There is no parking available on site but public parking is available outside the Lampo Scalo Farini area.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
Local regulations for COVID safety will apply.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience contains strobe lights, if strobe lights affect you, please do let our staff know upon arrival.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Beverages will be purchasable at the end of the exhibit.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60 minutes but you are welcome to stay as long as you want.
Will I be able to pay cash?
The online tickets can only be paid by card. Onsite tickets, merch items and beverages can be paid in cash or card.
Are children allowed to do the VR on their own?
Children from the age of 8 onwards are allowed to participate in the VR room on their own.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
The difference between the two tickets is that the regular one includes only the entrance to the experience, while the VIP one includes the VR experience, free cloak room and one poster of the bubbleverse.
How much does the VR experience cost if bought separately?
The VR experience can be purchased separately on site, at a cost of 2 euros per person.
From which age onwards do I not need to be accompanied by an adult?
From the age of 12 onwards.
I am allergic to latex, can I still enjoy the experience?
There are a couple of rooms which feature latex production elements but only in one room you’ll get directly in contact with latex. Please make our staff aware of your allergy upon your arrival.
Is the show suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 90 minutes, however the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
Is the experience pet friendly?
Any kind of pets are prohibited in the experience.
Is there a place where I can leave my belongings?
There will be a cloak room at the entrance where you can leave your belongings. The cloakroom costs 2 Euros per item.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there a Military discount?
No
Do children under 4 have to pay for a ticket?
Children under 4 years old enter for free and you don’t need to buy a ticket.
Do you offer a group discount?
Yes, groups with up to eight people can easily book tickets via our ticketing system. Groups with +8 people can contact us via this form.
Is there a suggested dress code for this experience?
There is no specific dress code for the experience except for mandatory socks at the bubble bath - also please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms ;-)
Can I hire the venue for a private or company event?
Yes, please fill out our request form here.
ACCESS
Do I need to wear a mask?
Masks are not required at the event as per current COVID guidelines (subject to change if the government guidelines change).
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
Can I bring animals?
No this event is not pet friendly, service animals are allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 4 can visit free of charge and minors under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by adults.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
The exhibit is wheelchair accessible. Due to the nature of the experience some parts of this experience may be less suited to customers with physical access requirements.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking available in front of the venue. There are various public parking spaces outside the Lampo Scalo Farini grounds, which are approximately 7-10 minutes walking distance from the venue itself. How can I arrive?
The metro lines that take you to Lampo Scalo Farini are the M3 and M5. and The closest stations are Milano Lancetti, Monumentale and Maciachini. The walk to the venue is approximately 15 minutes. is the closest train station.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage.
Is the venue easily accessible?
The venue is easily accessible with a stroller or a wheelchair via a ramp. Accessible facilities such as toilets will be provided as well.
Do you offer free tickets for carers?
For people with disabilities who fall under the law n. 104 pay the reduced price, while the accompanying person is entitled to free admission.
