What can I expect from BUBBLE PLANET?
You can expect an immersive experience with different rooms that feature different bubble themed activities.

Will the venue be heated or with air conditioning?
Yes.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience contains strobe lights, if strobe lights affect you, please do let our staff know upon arrival.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Beverages will be purchasable at the end of the exhibit.
Please note Bubble Tea cannot be sold to ages below 6 years old.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60-90 minutes but you are welcome to stay as long as you want in each room before moving on to the next one as it is a one-way system - so make sure to make the most out of each room!
Will I be able to pay cash?
Only card payments are accepted for both online and onsite tickets, merch items and food and beverages.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes.
Are children allowed to do the VR on their own?
Children from the age of 8 onwards are allowed to participate in the VR room on their own.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
The difference between the two tickets is that the regular one includes only the entrance to the experience, while the VIP one includes the VR experience, a skip-the-line for the VR section and one poster of the bubbleverse.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes.
I am allergic to latex, can I still enjoy the experience?
There are a couple of rooms which feature latex production elements but only in one room you’ll get directly in contact with latex. Please make our staff aware of your allergy upon your arrival.
Is the show suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 60 minutes, however the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
Are prams allowed?
Access to the interior of the exhibition with baby strollers, suitcases, or other bulky items is not permitted. A specific area has been designated within the premises for storing them. You can purchase the cart service for £3, and there will be lockers available for bulky items at the entrance.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Is there a suggested dress code for this experience?
There is no specific dress code for the experience except for mandatory socks at the bubble bath - also please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms ;-)
Do you offer a group discount?
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.

Do you offer free tickets for carers?
For people with disabilities pay the reduced price, while the accompanying person is entitled to free admission.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Here are a few of the documents we accept:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
ACCESS
Do I need to wear a mask?
Masks are not required at the event as per current COVID guidelines (subject to change if the government guidelines change).
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
Can I bring animals?
No, this event is not pet-friendly, service animals are allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 4 can visit free of charge and minors under the age of 17 need to be accompanied by adults.
Is it appropriate for young kids?
The experience is designed for all ages to enjoy! For younger kids, there will probably be details and installations of the Bubbleverse that they will not be able to fully appreciate.
Is the venue accessible?
The exhibit is wheelchair accessible. Due to the nature of the experience, some parts of this experience may be less suited to customers with physical access requirements.

Is there parking available?
There isn't parking available at the exhibit but here is a list of nearby car parks that might be useful:

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed.
From which age onwards do I not need to be accompanied by an adult?
From the age of 17 onwards.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Is there a cloakroom available onsite?
Yes, there is cloakroom available onsite, please take into account that capacity is limited.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
