What is included with the purchase of birthday tickets?
⏳ You will have access to the Birthday Room for 30 minutes
🎂 2 soft drinks per guest are included in the birthday package
How is the party visit structured?
The 30 minutes in the party room begin your visit. After that, guests proceed to the exhibition, which is self-guided. This setup avoids needing to regroup for cake and drinks.
What is provided in the party room?
The room comes with Happy Birthday banners and tablecloths, napkins, forks, plates for cake and soft drinks. For children under age 3 or whomever prefers it, we can switch the soft drinks for juice.
Can I bring decorations to the party room?
Yes, you may bring your own decorations, but tape on the walls is not allowed.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring in your own cake and drink although alcoholic drinks are not permitted onsite. If you prefer, you can always order the cake to the venue – please give them "Bubble Planet" with the address 5660 Buford Highway Northeast, Doraville, 30340 to ensure there are no issues with your delivery.
Is there any cake included with the party package?
No, cake is not included,but soft beverages and water will be provided
Can I play music in the party room?
Yes, you are welcome to play your own music using an iPhone or Android phone.
🟠 About Tickets
Do all guests need a ticket to enter the party room?
Yes, all guests require a ticket for entry, except children under 3 years old (They count for the room capacity). Tickets are non-refundable.
When do I receive the tickets for the experience?
You’ll receive your tickets at the conclusion of your party room time.
How do I confirm my reservation?
After filling out the form, you will receive an email with a link to access our group booking platform. There, you can select your preferred date and time. If your chosen date is more than 15 days away, you will be able to reserve your tickets and complete payment later. If there are fewer than 15 days until your selected date, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
🟡 About Access to the Event
When can I access the birthday room, and what is its capacity?
Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 30 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 50 people.
What should I do when I arrive at the venue?
Please notify the Box Office that you're here for a party. A coordinator will assist you with room access and your tickets.
Can minors attend without an adult?
No, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. Adults count for the room capacity too.

Can I book a birthday party via email?
No, birthday parties must be booked through the website. Email bookings are not accepted.
I do not know the exact number of guests. How should I proceed?
If you are uncertain about the number of attendees, we recommend selecting the minimum number when booking. Additional guests may be added upon arrival, provided the total does not exceed the room’s maximum capacity.
Is there a deadline to make changes to my booking?
You can add extra guests to your booking up until the start of the party at the venue, as long as the room's capacity allows it. However, it is not possible to remove guests from the reservation once confirmed. If you're unsure about the number of attendees, we recommend booking for the minimum number of confirmed guests.
What are the available dates for birthday bookings?
Once you register using the form on our website, you will be able to view all available dates for booking your birthday celebration.
